The OakCrest Companies Wins Excellence in Economic Redevelopment Award from the City of Winchester

This corporate headquarters project used historic tax credit incentives as part of its financing strategy, so preservation of historic building components was a critical issue in the interior design process. The solution was to maintain open space, feature the structure, and juxtapose modern materials that respond to and build on the existing palette. Conference rooms and offices showcase color and contemporary styling. The architect is Frazier Associates of Staunton, Virginia.
